Today is National Pet Fire Safety Day and Blog the Change for Animals . Two very important events in the pet world. She is a very special and loving lady who, along with my dad, has loved animals her whole life, passing that down to us kids, and I to my own! Pictured above, is one of my all-time favorite photographs I have taken of my Mom. She is with her two beloved and devoted furbabies, Brandy and Lady, who all posed together many years ago on one of her birthdays!  G rowing up, we always had multiple dogs (both purebreds and many, many adopted & stray ones, and ones who just happened to "follow us home!")
