How I loved when my FiveSibes would snuggle in together on their beds all in their Sibe swirls (except Gibson who loved to stretch out always keeping his head on his love Harley's bed)! There was nothing more wonderful to see than all five of them together safe, happy, and sleeping peacefully. The memory of this feeling still hugs my heart. How I wish I could pause the hands of time and revisit this exact one moment of so many like it over the years. The memories and my FiveSibes, will always reside in my heart.   FiveSibes #Flashback ~ 2016 ~ Pupsters " Bandit," "Wolfie," and "Chloe"    A spoonful of (nope, not sugar) ice cream can heal all that troubles the soul! Or rather watching the three Pupsters share ice cream off a spoon sure did bring joy to my soul! I love how my FiveSibes could always lovingly share food and treats without arguing, and, especially ice cream! Whenever the ice cream came out it, it was a Sibe party! Watching them share spoonsful (or cups or plates) of ice cream was truly like a spoonful of sugar for me, their proud hu-mom!    Woo! So thrilled to hear that in closing out 2025, this FiveSibes blog has been ranked #1 Husky Blog for 2025 by Feedspot!   While FiveSibes has topped their list consecutively this year, wrapping up the year as #1 is a thrill. I think my FiveSibes would be wooing in joy.    As a career photojournalist, I began this blog back in February 2010 to begin journaling and sharing life with my five gorgeous, fun-loving, amazing Siberian Huskies (a/k/a FiveSibes): Harley our alpha queen, Gibson my fluffy big epileptic wooly boy who was in love with Harley; and Gibson's younger siblings little brother Wolfie, and his sisters Bandit and Chloe. Sharing life with these five amazing dogs was such an honor and so much fun.   FiveSibes #Flashback ~ "Wolfie" ~ December 2020   “Time cannot be packaged and ribboned and left under trees for Christmas morning. Time can’t be given. But it can be shared.” ~Cecelia Ahern     Little did I know this would be our last Christmas with Wolfie. Although the following year he was here up until December 6th, the day he left for the Rainbow Bridge, we did get to do photos with a Christmas theme, go out in the snow, and just be. It's so bittersweet to have lost him...and 10 years ago his big bro Gibson...both during the holiday season. But I try to remember the precious moments, the fun moments...of how much they loved the Christmas season. And that is the feelings I carry in my heart, especially when Christmastime is near.   So take those photos.  Play in the snow.  Decorate the tree.  Wrap gifts.  Bake doggy cookies. Nap under the tree together.  Love. Laugh. Live. For those precious times spent together will one day become...
