Full Strawberry Moon ~ Seizure Alert for Epi-Dogs

W hile the full "Strawberry Moon," which is the last full moon of the spring (peaks on June 11th) may be beautiful to look at, and...it is t he lowest full Moon for nearly two decades (and is schedule to not appear again until 2043), it can also pose a trigger for some dogs with epilepsy. That is not to say *every* dog with a seizure disorder will be triggered, BUT it is a possibility that if you have an Epi-dog (dog with epilepsy) you may notice more agitation and an increase in seizures before, during, and even up to several days after a full moon. Triggers *may* occur before, during, or after a phenomenon such as the Full Strawberry Moon.
