#Epidogs Be On Alert: Possible Seizure Triggers Due to Upcoming Space Events

W e have a lot of fantastic "space events" coming up, and while these are phenomenal for stargazers to take in the amazing sights, these events *could* possibly be of concern to those caring for dogs with seizure disorders, like Canine Epilepsy. We already know that certain atmospheric conditions, such as eclipses (both solar and lunar), full moons, and solar bursts, as well as meteor showers, storms, changes in atmospheric pressure, and othe r such p henomena , can *and have* trigger seizures in some dogs with epilepsy (Epi-dogs). There are studies now being conducted on the relationship between these type of events and seizures, but until we know the findings, there are ways to be prepared just in case these events have an affect on your Epi-dog.
