O ur FiveSibes were definitely "watch dogs" -- however, not in the traditional sense! Previous to having Siberian Huskies, I've had German Shepherd mixes and a retired New York City Police Department drug-sniffing K9 that was a German Shepherd, and they were all watch dogs in the traditional sense of being amazing protectors.  Our Harley, Gibson, and pupsters Wolfie, Chloe, and Bandit were great watch dogs ( oh, chuckle, chuckle...
