First Donation Check From Buddy the Husky Book is in the Mail! And...It's Been Named "Best in Print" by American Pet Magazine!

Bandit is so excited to send Buddy, the Christmas Husky the first donation check from a portion of sales from my book on him called, Buddy, the Christmas Husky~Based on a True Holiday Miracle. While he is the Christmas Husky (named that because he was found and saved on Christmas Day), his story is for all seasons - how an abused, abandoned, and sick Siberian Husky was saved by a stranger who helped him find a happy home and lots of people across the world who love him! So excited! Harley is helping me proof the final printer's blueline to my newest soon-to-be-published FiveSibes™ Tale - Getting Healthy With  Harley, illustrated by the talented Michelle Littler !   Today is the international Purple Day® for Epilepsy Awareness and, along with my Epi-Husky Gibson, I am very proud to be an official Ambassador for my third consecutive year. We join in the worldwide effort of bringing awareness, education, information, resources, and support to people about Canine Epilepsy. We also hope to help dispel some of the fear associated with seizure disorders and to let folks know they are not alone. Okay...we do love all breeds, and we are currently competing against the beautiful Shetland Sheepdog (and we've have had a few in our family), BUT since it IS a FUN competition and we are a SIBERIAN HUSKY family, we are - of course -  in support of the votes for our beautiful, fun-loving, sometimes crazy, but always wonderful Siberian Husky breed!
