Husky Coffee Co.'s July Dog of the Month - GIBSON! Featured on Treats in Support of MUSH Rescue
Woo! I'm so excited to say that my beloved furangel Epi-dog "Gibson" was selected as one of the. Husky Coffee Co.'s Dogs of the Month for July!
What does this mean?
First off - and this is so great - it means that when you purchase a one-pound bag of their craft dog treats, they will DONATE Five Dollars ($5.00) per 1-pound bag purchased during the month of July to MUSH Rescue, Atlanta!
"Mama Shay" forever foster momma to dear (now furangel) Buddy, the Christmas Husky (who I wrote the book about) is a dear friend and has fostered so many Huskies in need since Buddy through MUSH Rescue, even up to 19 at one time! Currently, she has a ailing momma and her puppies that she is fostering and caring for. (You can read all about them on. her Buddy, the Christmas Husky Facebook page).
MUSH Rescue is not a brick-and-mortar facility. In fact, they do not have a facility, but rather depend on caring and loving fosters to take in the rescued Huskies, many who required medical attention. That is why donations, such as this fundraiser, are so very important to them.
Bonus - Besides helping MUSH Huskies with donations, my Gibson (and the other chosen Huskies for the month's contest) will be featured on the bags of treats and on their website! Pretty cool. I can't wait to see one of their Gibson Treats bags with my Gib's above photo on it!
To date, Husky Coffee Co. states they have raised over $5,000 from their Husky Dog of the Month Contest! And...besides that, they always DONATE 20% of their profits to 14 Siberian Husky Rescues! I love this company and how they care about rescue dogs!
The Gibson/MUSH Rescue Treats will be a variety and are being sold for $29.95 per 1-pound bag. Says Husky Coffee Co., "You'll receive a 1-pound bag of treats. Treat flavors vary based on what's been freshly baked. All ingredients and flavor details can be found in our Dog Treat Collection."
Husky Coffee Co.'s treats are "are made with natural ingredients, baked in small batches, and freshly shipped."

C. Click on the collage of JULY Dogs.
D. To order your Gibson's Treats, click on the drop-down menu to select GIBSON - Supporting MUSH. That's it! After July is over, Husky Coffee Co. will then tally it up and send the $5 donation per bag to MUSH Rescue!

My flashback of Gibson is from 16 years ago (WOW!) when he was just three years old! This beautiful photograph of him I clearly remember. I took it one day when I came home from work and he heard my car and rushed to the edge of the deck and peeked over the gate from the top of the deck steps to greet me! Oh, how I loved that, and him! This pic was also shortly before he had his first seizure. But Gibson never ever let having epilepsy stop his zest for life! He was such an inspiration and why I chose him for the contest. This will always be one of my favorite shots! It is this photo that will be featured on the Husky Coffee Co.'s "Gibson" bags of treats to benefit MUSH Rescue!
I love that my boy is still inspiring others helping Epi-dogs and Huskies in need! #LiveGibStrongForever 💜 And I love a company, such as Husky Coffee Co., whose mission is helping rescue dogs! That (and because I love their fresh coffees) is why I became an affiliate and share things I like and use with you!
