  4. These are great July 4th safety tips for your dog. I like that you included not to scold your dog for being scared. I'm always amazed that people get mad at their pups for being scared. How is a dog or human supposed to control that emotion? Heck, if we all could simply push a button and control our emotions this would be a different world.

Excellent job! I LOVE your infographic! I'm sharing with all my dog parents!

  7. Great tips! I so hate that something some people find so fun, is so stressful to so many animals. The fireworks didn't used to bother my dogs, but as my senior boy gets older he's gotten more sound sensitive. We'll be spending our 4th in with the dogs, to make sure everyone remains happy and stress free. Happy 4th and thanks for the blog hop!

  8. Every year people forget how to drive in the snow. And every year they don't seem to remember 4th of July safety tips until the day comes. So often people ask about how to alleviate their dog stress when there is little time to do much about it.

  9. Our town has lots of firework displays that are launched less than a mile away from our home. Luckily, our dogs don't seem to mind them, but we always keep them inside so they can't get scared and runaway.
