A Sled Dog Joke For April Fools' Day!

Did you know that one of the ideas behind April Fools' Day is, according to History.com, that there is "also speculation that April Fools’ Day was tied to the vernal equinox, or first day of spring in the Northern Hemisphere, when Mother Nature fooled people with changing, unpredictable weather."

“You will do foolish things, but do them with enthusiasm.”
~Sidonie-Gabrielle Colette

There are many different theories and thoughts on where the origins of April Fools' Day came from, but since we are all about Siberian Huskies and northern breed dogs, and we celebrate the memories of ones departed on seasonal equinox and solstice dates, I really like this concept the best! Now, we are not a fan of pranking, but in the spirit of the Siberian Husky, we do love a good chuckle (or woo)! Here at FiveSibes, I think one of the silly things they did that always brought me a chuckle was sleeping in an upside position with a goofy expression on their faces! And if you know Siberian Huskies, they can be goofy and pretty silly! I really miss their silliness. So for this week's  #FlashbackFriday—since it is April 1st —it's all about the fun woos. Hope you enjoy this photo feature of my Wolf from Memory Lane. 💚
