Our FiveSibes showing their patriotic spirit!

Along with get-togethers with family and friends, swimming, and barbeques, what's the Fourth of July without a parade and fireworks?! The following video of "Patriotic Pets on Parade" from 2011 many of you may remember, and it will always be one of my favorites. It's so good to see all the beautiful faces and to remember our furangel friends here, too...they will always be remembered! With all the beautiful pets decked out in their patriotic finest...and those smiles...just brilliant! And of course, (safe) fireworks! Such a fun video for a fun holiday! We hope it brings a smile to each of you, too!

  1. Happy 4th of July! We keep our pets safe by staying home with them! Zoe is very noise phobic and I wouldn't feel right about leaving her home by herself. I also don't leave them in the car when it's hot. They also wear their collars with tags and are microchipped.

  2. So nice to see so many of our pals in the Patriotic Pets on Parade video. Ciara was thrilled to see herself once again with her two angel brothers. She was not a happy camper last night as a seizure set in after neighbors were shooting off fireworks:(

    Happy Fourth of July!!!

    1. Oh, no, I hope Ciara is feeling better today. The fireworks can really stress them out and trigger a seizure. I hope today is a calmer day for her. Hugs to Ciara and Lightning!

  3. Happy 4th! We stayed home last night and were able to keep Laika calm - so all is well. It still amazes me that people continue to leave their pets in hot cars - so sad. Thanks for the great tips.
