These beautiful personalized candles are lit for my beloved FiveSibes: Harley, Gibson, Wolf, Bandit, and Chloe on this Winter Solstice, the shortest day and longest night of the year—the official beginning of Winter, a Siberian Husky's favorite season! The story is told that when our beloved Siberian Huskies and sled dogs journey to north of the Rainbow Bridge, upon their welcome, they receive a beautiful Silver Harness. The Snow Prince ~ My Beautiful Gibson    Today's #FiveSibes #FlashbackFriday is a very special one. Not that all aren't...but today marks the seven-year anniversary of the day my beloved heart dog, my wooly Siberian Husky Gibson, made his journey to the Rainbow Bridge. Having Huskies, also known as snow dogs, they not only love the snow, but when they passed, they have sent me some pretty definitive signs, snow and rainbows being two of them. ‘Tis the season to help Huskies in need! And there are so many who are waiting for their forever homes whether it is in the care of a loving foster family or waiting at a brick-and-mortar rescue for someone to come and welcome them into their family.   Sharing my life with my FiveSibes—Harley, Gibson, Wolfgang, Chloe, and Bandit—I learned so much and received so much love back from them. They will always be in my heart. And in their names, I’d like to help other Siberian Huskies in need get a little taste of what a wonderful Christmas filled with love can be like.   Rescues and their volunteers do incredible work.
