Based out of Omaha, Nebraska, Taysia Blue Rescue has an amazing foster and volunteer network. All Taysia Blue dogs are in approved foster homes throughout Nebraska, Colorado, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, and Most Surrounding States, while waiting for their forever homes!
