Gibson is eager for the sweet potato chews! Christmas is almost here and with it comes the aroma of all things delicious! Today is the Christmas edition of the Regressvie Dinner for Pets blog hop hosted by Two Little Cavaliers . It's a different sort of blog hop without a Linkys, but please be sure to check out Two Little Cavaliers page for the list of particpants and check out their yummy recipes too!   This edition focuses on Soups, Salads, and Sides. We chose to reprint a recipe from Food.com for Sweet Potato Chews for Dogs ! Our Huskies love anything sweet potato, and this is a wholesome, low-calorie, healthy treat for them. Chloe's always ready to eat! Can you smell that???!!! It's the aroma of turkey, and stuffing, and pumpkin pie! Thanksgiving is almost here and today is "Tasty Tuesday" by Kol's Notes and Sugar, the Golden Retriever , AND it's also the second installment of the Two Little Cavalier's Regressive Dinner Pet Event blog hop, which this time covers the scrumptious "Main Course" category! For our dish, we'd like to share yet another recipe from our Canine Cooking Corner recipe video series, called "Turkey Mish-Mash" and the FiveSibes™ were on hand to do a little quality control and some taste testing along the way! With Thanksgiving being this Thursday, this recipe is perfect as it uses roasted turkey (or chicken) and pumpkin puree, and it's already been 100% Sibe tested and approved! So save some of those leftover from Turkey Day and...

T oday is the Halloween kick-off and first installment of the Two Little Cavaliers holiday season Regressive Dinner for Pets event! First, we would really like to thank them for hosting such a creative and fun event. We are very excited to participate - after all, it's about treats and food and the holidays! We are highlighting a favorite very simple treat of the FiveSibes - yogurt-dipped bones. Yum! We first saw these at a fruit and vegetable stand and thought what a great idea! They were charging $1.50 per bone wrapped in a pretty cellophane packet, and I thought with five Huskies, I could not only make that buck-fifty go farther, but I would feel good about having the treats be made at home. The best part? My five Siberian food critics all gave the recipe five paws up! Here's a video of the recipe we posted last year while doing our Canine Cooking Corner feature that we thought you'd enjoy! Bon Appetit! The fun hops along at all these wonderful blogs where recipes a...
