GIBSON'S TREATS Are Back in Support of MUSH Rescue! And Meet 8 Gorgeous Adoptable Huskies!

Woo! 🎉 I'm so excited to announce that GIBSON'S TREATS by Husky Coffee Company are "Baaaaack" for the month of July! If you recall, Gibson's Treats debuted a year ago this month with a limited run. And now, they're back! The treats are named after my beloved wooly Siberian Husky "Gibson," who as many of you know, also lived with epilepsy and was a darling dog, a giant fluffy love bug, and an ambassadog for Canine Epilepsy awareness.

Once again, for each bag purchased of the treats named after my boy, Gibson, Husky Coffee Company will DONATE $5 to MUSH Rescue located in Atlanta, GA! (They do consider some out-of-state fosters and adopters with Husky experience). They also have a special treat for the treats--if you subscribe, you can continue receiving GIBSON'S TREATS even after July is over so you don't run out of your fave treats! AND ~ Husky Coffee Company will *DOUBLE* the donation on the first order!

I am also sharing this GIBSON'S TREATS testimonial featuring a furry fan of GIBSON'S TREATS, sweet Henry of Tail Wag Wisdom!

A real photo of a bag of Gibson's Treats with Henry!

I love how the bag of Gibson's Treats is almost the same size as Henry! His hu-mom, Terri, the author behind Tail Wag Wisdom, says "OMD! The cookie bag is nearly bigger than Henry!"

Yes, Husky Coffee Company sure doesn't skimp on the amount of treats!

What Kind of Treats Are GIBSON'S TREATS?

As for which type of treat you will get, says Husky Coffee Company, "You'll receive a 1-pound bag of treats. Treat flavors vary based on what's been freshly baked. All ingredients and flavor details can be found in our Dog Treat Collection."

Also - and this is important - if your dog has an allergy to a specific ingredient - or is an epileptic (like Gibson) and you want to make sure there is, say, no rosemary (a trigger for some Epi-dogs), Husky Coffee Company says, "To avoid allergies or Rosemary like you said — all anyone needs to do is leave us a note at checkout that says “No Rosemary” or “No Chicken” — whatever the allergy may be. We’ll see the note and make sure we send something that works for their dog."

Another bonus by Husky Coffee Company...if you'd like to continue getting GIBSON'S TREATS after their July special, you can order a subscription to keep them in stock! And...Husky Coffee Company will DOUBLE the donation on the first order!

MUSH Rescue will consider some out-of-state fosters & adopters with Siberian Husky experience!

These 8 beautiful MUSH Rescue adoptable Huskies are currently in Georgia and waiting for loving, forever homes:

"Barnsley" is a very beautiful approximately 1-3 years young female Siberian Husky. She has an energetic personality, and is house trained. MUSH Rescue says, "She’s a happy, high-energy girl who truly loves to play. She seems to enjoy the company of other dogs, especially those who understand her rough-and-tumble play style and can keep up with her enthusiasm!" MUSH also says Barnsley is compatible with kids and other dogs. Sorry, no cats! To read more about Barnsley, see more pics, and to apply to adopt, visit the rescue's listing HERE.

Beautiful "Copper" is just a puppy, under one year old! This charming pup MUSH Rescue says is very social and "
Copper is a chatty, loving, and delightfully rambunctious boy with a big personality and an even bigger heart. He absolutely loves playing with his foster sisters, especially a good game of tug-of-war." MUSH says Copper is compatible with kids, dogs, and cats! To read more about this handsome boy, see more pics, and apply to adopt Copper, visit the Rescue's listing HERE.

Handsome "Jake" is about 4 years old, and MUSH Rescue says, "Jake is the total package—a calm, loving, well-mannered boy who's ready to find the forever family he's been waiting for. Jake has a gentle soul and an affectionate personality. He's house-trained, walks beautifully on a leash, and has a relaxed, easygoing temperament that makes him a wonderful companion. The rescue says he is compatible with kids, dogs, and (slow intro to) cats! To read more about this handsome boy, see more pics, and apply to adopt Jake, visit the Rescue's listing HERE.

"King" is a sharp looking one-year-young Husky mix and he's house trained. MUSH says King "Has a heart as big as his name. This handsome boy is dog-friendly, kid-friendly, and full of love to give. He's still young, playful, and ready to be part of a family that will include him in all of life's adventures."  To read more about this handsome boy, see more pics, and apply to adopt King, visit the Rescue's listing HERE.

"Little Guy" a/k/a "LG" is a handsome Husky/Lab mix who MUSH says is "A sweet, spoiled boy who enjoys spending time with his people. He would be a wonderful pup to go hiking with on a leash. He is an avid critter chaser and will dig after those critters if not supervised. He also doesn’t mind his crate for short periods and sees it as a safe nap spot. He loves children, but may be a bit overwhelming for very small ones. He enjoys giving kisses and affection, and thinks he is a lap dog at times and loves to snuggle on the couch!" To read more about this handsome boy, see more pics, and apply to adopt LG, visit the Rescue's listing HERE.

"Noel" is a strikingly beautiful young 1-3 years old Siberian Husky girl! According to MUSH, "Noel is our special needs girl, but we know she has the perfect home out there. She has been diagnosed with a neurological condition that causes her to walk a little differently on occasion and affects her temperament periodically. Noel is expected to live a long happy life, her diagnosis does not impact her life expectancy. She is housebroken and crate trained, she LOVES her crate. Noel’s new family would be required to have a fenced yard as she loves to run. They would also be required to provide her with endless toys!"
To read more about this pretty girl, see more pics, and apply to adopt Noel, visit the Rescue's listing HERE.

"Rooster" is a looker! A young 1-3 years old Siberian Husky  who MUSH says has "A calm and easygoing personality. This handsome boy is a bit on the shy side at first, but once he feels safe, his gentle nature really shines through. He’s the kind of dog who enjoys a quiet environment and would thrive in a home that can give him a little patience and a lot of love. If you’re looking for a laid-back companion with a soft soul, Rooster might just be your perfect match." To read more about this sweet boy, see more pics, and apply to adopt Rooster, visit the Rescue's listing HERE.

Look at "Thor"'s sweet puppy face! At only about 4-5 months old, this furry baby MUSH says, "Thor has the sweetest personality and an incredible spirit. Despite a rough start in life, he's one of the happiest little guys you'll ever meet! Thor was rescued after being found with a broken hind leg. He underwent surgery on June 6 and has been healing beautifully. He's already walking well on his leg and is more than ready to run and play—he just needs a little more time to fully recover. He has follow-up X-rays scheduled for July 17 to check on his healing progress.
This lovable pup absolutely adores other dogs and can't wait until he's cleared to join in the fun with them. When playtime is over, Thor is all about cuddles!" To read more about this sweet puppy, see more pics, and apply to adopt Thor, visit the Rescue's listing HERE.

Buying GIBSON'S TREATS and Husky Coffee Company's DONATION from each bag/subscription helps support these adoptables while they wait for forever homes.

Don't have a dog to give the GIBSON'S TREATS to?

How about getting a bag or two and sending them to MUSH for these Huskies to munch on, or, send a bag to the homeless dogs at your favorite shelter/rescue! They always welcome treats!
