A Call for Helping Two Huskies in Need
Can you help us? Can we come live with you? |
I recently received word from a colleague that there are two beautiful Siberian Huskies in need of a loving home. Their current Hu-Mom notes, "I am heartbroken to have to look for new homes for my two Siberian Huskies. They are truly a delight and I would keep them forever if it were in any way possible. I have tried to arrange to do so, but have failed. I just can't take them with me on my move (from Atlanta to Alabama) because of an impending, permanent housing situation within a non-dog lover's home...I am desperate to find them new, forever homes within the month. Can you help me in any way?"
If we could all reach out to all our network of Husky contacts and Sibe-loving friends to see if they have room in their hearts and homes for these two beauties, I know it will help their Hu-Mom immensely. If you could please repost, link, reTweet, and share this with everyone you know, it would be greatly appreciated. Here is the info on these two furbabies:
“Ruach”
3.5 years old, 65 lbs
Neutered, Micro-Chipped, Vaccinated,
House-Broken
House-Broken
Says current Hu-mom, "I have raised and cherished Ruach from birth, but due to unforeseen circumstances must find him a new home within the month. He is an affectionate, energetic dog, who loves to be close to people. He likes belly scratches and wallowing in rivers/ponds! He comes with loads of gear (including a walky dog bike system)! Ideally, you have access to a fenced back yard or are willing to walk/run/bike for doggy exercise, have no prey-resembling animals (cats, rabbits, etc.), understand reasonable chew prevention, don’t mind white hairs during seasonal shedding, and are ready to love the heck out of my baby boy!"

That is so sad. I sure hope they get new forever homes really soon. If I could take them, I would grab them quick....I love Sibes!! They are beautiful and I really do hope and pray they get great new homes forever and forever. Lots of love, Debbie & Holly
ReplyDeleteThis situation is so tragic for all. We send White Dog positive energy that both pups find loving forever families that will care for them as fiercely as their mom currently does. May the situation work out well for all three.

Such a sad story. We wish we could take them but we can't in our situation. We will reach out to those we know and hopefully with the network of doggy bloggers - and The Power of the Paw - we will find these two a loving, wonderful forever home where they can stay together.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous pups. Paws crossed and prayers that everything works out.
